🚚 When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the EU typically takes 7–10 business days. For international orders outside the EU, please allow up to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
↩️ Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
📦 What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@skinoralabs.store with a photo of the damage. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
📍 How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your order's journey directly to your door.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
