Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@skinoralabs.tore with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
