Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At Skinoralabs, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare formulations and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@skinoralabs.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days at hello@skinoralabs.store with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
